Established in Riverside in 2007, Time 2 Jump is a family-owned business dedicated to providing customers with the best quality product. All our units are always clean and sanitized on every use.
We work hard to approach each customer with the concept that we are here to help, plan and make their party a special event a success.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
We require a security deposit of $20.00 for orders under $150.00 and over $150.00 a minimum deposit required $50.00. No refunds if cancelled.

Payments can be in Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal or Credit card.

DAY OF YOUR EVENT



*Turn off all sprinklers.

*Plan ahead where you like to have the inflatable unit setup.

*Clean the setup area. remove any rocks or sharp objects.

*Be sure there is overhead clearance.

*Staking of inflatables: Time 2 Jump will not be held responsible for underground utilities or sprinkler system damage when staking down inflatables.

*Plan food tables, snacks area a safe distance away from the inflatable unit.

*Keep all party toys away from the inflatable u nit, (silly string will damage the unit).

*We will deliver and setup your inflatable unit.

*It only takes approximately 15 minutes to set up for operation.

*To set the inflatable unit we must have access to an electrical outlet.

*Do not move the inflatable unit from the original place it was set up.

*The inflatable unit may be placed on grass, concrete or dirt must be last surface. (Except Waterslides cannot be placed on dirt).

*Chairs & tables must be folded at time of pick up (We do not set up).

*Before signing you're "Rental Agreement" you must count all of your tables & chairs and inspect your inflatable and other rental equipment for any damages.

*After your event is done we will come back to pick up the rentals.


*DO NOT RELEASE ANY OF TIME 2 JUMP PROPERTY TO ANYONE OTHER THAN OUR EMPLOYEES. WE ARE INDENTIFIED BY SHOWING THE CUSTOMER ORDER.







safety rules



*Adult supervision is required at all times.

*Divide children by ages and give each group their own time. ​

*Remove shoes before using the inflatable unit.

*No food or candy inside the inflatable.

*Keep all pets away from the inflatable.

*The inflatable can be picked up same day of next day if it's safe to stay overnight. (back yard only and no dogs around).



overdue Equipment



Equipment that is not returned by the customer or available for pick up by Time 2 Jump on the agreed upon return date will be charged the daily rate of the items for each Calander day past due. After two weeks, any equipment still not retuned will be charged off at the replacement cost plus one week of rental rate. Extra trips to pick up or attempt to pick up the equipment will result in additional chares for pick up. ​



cancellation notice



You must give us at least 48 hrs. before your event or else there will be a $20-$50 cancellation fee. However, if your cancellation is due to weather conditions, the fee will be waved, or you may change your party date. ​


In the event of cancelling your order we will charge $2.00 for credit card transaction fee.


Time 2 Jump will delivery your equipment between the two hour time frames stated during your reservation/confirmation. In the event no one is home, the driver will leave a business card on your door. There will be a delivery fee paid to the driver in CASH to re-deliver your order. Delivery fee vary depends on miles.


If the driver shows up and you cancel at that moment the cancellation fee will apply.



water policy



Water slides are the only inflatable that may get wet. If any other jumper or combo slide gets wet by intention or accident (Sprinklers) there will be a $60.00 cleaning fee. ​



Rain policy



We always reserve the right to cancel any reservation at no penalty to you if there are heavy rains or high winds over 25mph. Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. You may cancel or chang the event date due to rain up to 48hrs before your rental and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.


If you receive a jumper and it starts to rain after there will be NO REFUNDS. You are responsible to disconnect the electrical blower from the jumper and secure it in a dry place until it stoops raining.​



Linen policy



PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

*NO REFUNDS on unused linens.


There will be an additional charge for linens, overlays and skirting retuned with candle wax, burns, ears, or non-removable stains.

You will be charged rental plus replacement cost, and you may keep the linen.

Please shake out linens before returning. Any linens retuned with confetti, food particles, trash, etc. will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $20.00.​


SUGGESTION:

DO NOT STAPLE LINES TO TABLES (YOU WILL PAY FOR REPLACMENT COST).


If using candles make sure to use a tray, mirror tile, etc. under the candle to catch the wax. Wax will permanently damage linens.


Be careful to keep linens away from dirt and grease) on floor, in car, etc.


If lines are wet, DO NOT put in plastic bags, mildew will permanently damage linens.
